RESOLVED, upon due consideration of the pettinent appeal, under the
Zoning Code, by Zion Lutheran Church, owner of the subject premises located at
and adjacent to the southeast corner of Jackson and Sycamore Streets, described
as Lots 6 and 7, Block 9, Edmund Rice's 2nd Addition, in the City of Saint Paul,
that the provisions of said Zoning Code hereby are determined and varied as and
to the extent necessary therefor, that the building setback line applicable to
said premises, in relation to the line of Sycamore Street, upon which the same
abut, hereby is established as a line coincident with -said line of Sycamore
Street and the building setback line of said premises, in relation to the east
line of Lot 6, Block 9, Edmund Rice's 2nd Addition, hereby is established as a
line drawn across said premises parallel thereto and four feet distant from
said east line of same;
RESOLVED FURTHER, that this resolution shall be deemed to repeal
and supersede the prior resolution of this Council. C. F. No. 215806_ annroved
