Abutting to theonorth and west are the exist- ing McDonough Homes, to the east is Interstate 35E , right -of -way; south and across Arlington Avenue is industrially zoned land, for the most part vacant. Field investigation discloses no 'basic objection to the proposal,wbich meets the required standards for density and building ground coverage. The Traffic Engineer and Planning Board staff have reviewed the parking lot layout an$ recommend approval. The parking lot plan meets the standards for this type of facility. In consideration of the above factors, the Board of Zoning recommends the granting of the application for a 54 car off- street parking lot on the above described property in accordance with plans approved November 21, 1963.
