WHEREAS, Ms. Huggins will incur additional expense for travei, temporary housing and other related moving costs; and WHEREAS, pursuant to the Saint Paul Relocation Policy, Chapter 40 of the Saint Paul Administrative Code, certain costs and expenses can be reimbursed; and WHEREAS, the proposed amount ofthese costs up to $12,500.00 is approved by the Saint Paul City Council and will be paid by the Saint Paul Library Agency; and NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual undertaking and agreements hereinafter set forth, the parties agree as follows: The City of Saint Paul and the Saint Paul Library Agency agree to reimburse Ms. Melanie Huggins all eligible expenses far travel, temporary housing and other related moving expenses up to the amount of $12,500.00 due to the long distance involved in this move and other special circumstances. 2. All costs must meet the guidelines as set forth in the Relocation Policy, Chapter 40 of the Administrative Code which is attached as part of this agreement. All eligible relocation expenses actually incurred as a result of accepting appointment for employment with the City must be submitted to the Finance Director far payment. �G-3�l 4.
