RESOLVF;D, That the free use of the Theatre and Stem
Hall Sections of the Municipal Audi,t�ox�ium, hereby is granted
unto the National Farmers Union� for�"the conduct of the
National Farmers iTnion Convention�. �or the dates of March 15�
16� 17 and 18� 1964; that there being no admittance fee to be
charged in connection with such granted use of the �same� such
being cleemed beneficial to all the people of the City of Saint '
. Paul� the cost of op�ning and operating said Auditorium Sec-
tions� on said occasions for the accommodation of such granted
use� shall be paid from Auditorium� Fund 2400 subjec.t to reim-
bursement under and pu.rsuant to subsequent City Budget
Appropriation Items� pursuant to �ection 415 of the City
Charter; an.d that such gra.nt of use hereunder shall be con-
st�mmated under the Standard Form of Agreement to be' executed � �
by and between the City of Saint Paul and said National Farmers �
Union� approved by the Corporation Counsel� and which� a.mong
other provisions� shall require said National Farmers IInion
to furnish and maintain� at its own expense� public'�liability
� casualty insurance� in amounts and form approved by the Corpora-
� tion Counsel� whereunder arid whereby said National Farmers Union
� � and said City of Saint Paul and the latter' s officers� agents�
servants and employees shall be indemnified against liability
for any and all injuries to person or property arising therefrom
or connected with the aforesaid granted use of said Seetions
of said Auditorium hereunder.
