4 WHEREAS, adverse action was taken against the Gigazette/Tobacco license held by Hamza Khader
5 Sumrin, d/b/a Twin's Mazket & Meat (License ID#20040001 8 1 1) for the premises located at 1055 - 4'�'
6 Street East in Saint Paul, by a letter of Imposirion of Fine dated January 31, 2006, for the sale of tobacco or
7 tobacco products to a minor on December 7, 2005; and
9 WHEREAS, the $200.00 fine was approved and ordered by the Saint Paul City Council
10 (CF #06-93) in final written form at the Council's regulaz meeting on January 25, 2006; and

12 WHEREAS, the licensee did not pay the fine in the amount of $200.00 by the ciose of business on
13 February 24, 2006; now therefore, be it

15 RESOLVED, that the Cigarette/Tobacco license held by Hamza Khader Sumrin, d/b/a Twin's
16 Market & Meat is hereby suspended until such time as the $200.00 fine is paid in full to the Office of
17 License, Inspection and Environmental Protection.

Enclosed is a copy of City Council Resolution Number 06-93 which imposes a
fine for the following violation:
Sale of tobacco or tobacca products to a minor.
The fine was approved and ordered by the Saint Paul City Council in fmal written
forxn at the Council's regulaz meeting on January 25, 2006.
The effect of this no6ce is a fine in the amount of $200.00 is due for the above
mentioned offense which is payabie no later than the close of business (4:30 p.m.)
on Friday, February 24, 2006.
