Contract No. �-3152 was awarded to Lovering Construction Co.
for General, Electrical and Mechanical Construction of the
Civic Education Building. . i

During the course of the work certain changes in the telephone
and electrical outlets were found to be desirable ;and at the
request of the Commissioner of Libraries, Auditorium And Civic
Buildings, negotiations have been conducted with the contractor
who will move telephone outlets and provide additional electri-
cal outlets for the sum of $35.96 as an extra to the contract.
This is a reasonable amour�� for the material and labor involved
and it is therefore requested that a resolution be submitted
to the Council authorizing this extra. � .
