WHEREAS� the State of Mirinesota, Department of '
Highways� intends to award a contract for the construction of a
portion of Trunk Highway 94 b�tween Sixth Street and Plum Street
in St. Faul, Minnesota, as part of the Na�ional System of
Interstate and Defense Highways, plaiis for said pro�ect being
designated as State Pro�ect No. 6283-17 and in the reeords
of the Bureau of Public Roads as Minri.esota Pro ject I 09�+-3
(8g) 2�+2; and
WHEREAS� the construction of said portion of Trunk
Highway 94 will require the relocation of certain City d�
Saint l�aul owned police and fire alarm communication facilities
in place in the vicinity, and it is desired that said relocations
� be performed by the City, with the State reimbursing the City
for costs incurred as set forth in Agreement No. 53969 between
the �tate of Minneso"ta, Department of Highways, and the City of
Saint Paul, Minnesota,
Now, Therefore, be it
RESOLVED� That the proper City officers are hereby
authorized an.d directed to egecute said agreement �on behalf
of �he City of �aint Paul. _ �
