Dear Sirt
Contract No. G 3152 was awarded to Loyering Construction Com-
pany for General, Electrical and Mechanical Construction of �
the Civic Education Building, Saint Paul.
During the course of the work, certain changes were found to
be desirable and at the request of the Commissioner of Li-
braries, Auditorium An,d Ciyic Buildings, negotiations have
been conducted with th,e contractor who agrees to make the fol-
lowing changes for the amounts listed:
l. Changes for Room A-126 (theater stage trap door) and
Changes in Railing per detail A-18/24 and A 18/25;
Add $819.53
2. Changes for Rooms Nos. A-102, A-2 and B-123 and B-
124 Add 1,570.48
3. Changes for Rooms Nos. A-208, A-209 and B-226

This is a reasonable amount for the material and labor involved. .
It is therefore requested that a resolution be submitted to
the Council authorizing this extra in the amount of $2,644.16.
