WHEREAS, on Mazch l, 2006, the Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #06-218, said
Resolution being the Ratification of Assessments for Excessive Consumption of Inspection Services for
Properiy Code Violations during May, June, July, August 2005 (File No. J0503E, Assessment No. 8124); and
WHEREAS, the property at 975 Churchill Street, being described as:
Hagerman's Subdivision of Lot 60 of Lake Como Villas, East 72 5/10 feet of Lots 18 and 19, Block 60,
with the property identification nuxnber 26-29-23-23-0200 was assessed an amount of $70; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment because of the following
reasons: 1) there was miscommunication between City staff and the owner, 2) the owner made a good faith
effort to address the code violations atthe property;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment for 975 Churchill Street be deleted, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the reduction of $70 be funded by the Exempt Assessment Fund.
