ton Avenue S. , Minneapolis 15, Minnesota
which resolution directed the wrecking and removal or repair
of the eighteen. apartment building known as 501 Holly Ayenue
and 71-9 Mackubin Street, described as Lot 22, Block 15,
Woodland Park. Addition to City of Saint Paul, as published in
the official paper.
No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing of
the condemnation proceedings and the structure has not been
repaired or removed. Please proceed with the condemnation
action, which will authorize the Commissioner of Parks And
Recreation And Public Buildings to enter upon the property and
` wreck and remove the structure thereon and to do any and all
things therein necessary for the protection of life, limb and
' adjoining property.
