in my office and gave consideration to the following requests
which are referred to you for action.

A letter dated February 4, 1964, signed by Mayor George J. Vavou-
lis, requested mileage as follows for

C-$75, maximum, effectiye 2-1-64
A. T. Sauser, Acting Asst. Dir. Civil Defense Transfer from
A-75 to C-$50 max. eff. 2-1-64
Favorable action is recommended.
Bureau of Reqistrations and Elections
A letter signed by I�.J. Riordan, City Clerk, requested removal
of Agnes 0'Connell, former City Clerk, deceased, from C mileage
plan - $30.00 maximum, effective February 12, 1964.
The Committee recommends favorable action.
Parks And Recreation And Public Buildinqs
