SOL D, pursuant to the rei���.�nendation of t'��•� Valuation

Engineer of the City of Saint Paul, that the proper City officers
are hereby authorized and directed to exeeute and deliver to the
Port Authority of the City of Saint Paul a quit claim deed to the
riparian rights along the south, or right, bank of the Mississippi
River between Taft Street and Rutland Street, the legal description s
thereof being as follows:
Those parts of Block 30, Dunwell and Spencer� s Addition
to Brooklynd, and Goverrunent Lots �+ and 5, Section 5,
Township 28 North, Ra.nge 22 West, with accretiona thereto,
bounded on the west by the easterly line of Rutland Street,
� on the north by the Mississippi River,on the east by the
� westerly line of Taft Street, and on the south by a line
described as follows: Corrunencing at a monument located at
the southwesterly corner of Minnetonka Street and Alabama
Street; thence northeasterly on a straight line along the
