WHEREAS, Registered Bill No. 3-�+152, in the amount
of $187.�+2, was issued to Dahn Construction Company to cover
the cost of a broken duct line in the vicinity of Selby and
Western Avenues; and - � _
WHEREAS, the liability for this bill is disputed,
and a communication dated February 17, 196�+, from �he Department
of Public Safety to the Office of the Corpora�ion Counsel, indicates
that such bill shou�.d be caneelled; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the proper officers of the City of
Saint Paul are hereby authorized and directed to cancel Registered
Bi11 No. 3;�152.
