the Valuation Engineer to the Corporation Counsel that the City has
no interest in the above-desoribed real property; now� therefore� be

� RESOLVED� That the proper City officials may be and hereby
are authorized and directed to endorse State Condemnation Warrant •
No. 87427� the said City of Saint Paul having no interest therein,
but having been shown as a named payee thereon.
