Dear Sir:
Contract No. G 3865 was awarded to W. J. Ebertz for Grading,
Seeding, Sodding of Van Buren Playground, Saint Paul.
During the course of the work under this contract, it was
found desirable to install an additional bituminous surfacing
of approximately five feet on the east side of the school
driveway; and negotiations have been conducted with the con-
tractor who agrees to do this work for $150.00.

This is a fair and reasonable price for the additional surfac-
ing and it is suggested that a resolution be introduced author-
izing this extra.
