RESOLVED , that pursuant to the Order of the Industrial Commission
,filed Octobex 6, 1,965 , that Charles Nyman be paid the sum of $3, 150.00
out of the 6Vorkmen' s Compensation Account o£ the General Fund for 20
per cent pexmanent partial disability of the back which he sustained
during the course of his employment with the City of St . Pau1 , Department
of Public Safety, together with $588 .00 as reimbursement for chir�o-
practic services incurred and paid by said employee; that out o� the
a£oresaid compensation, the employer, City of St. Paul, sha11 deduct
and pay directly to Gerald B. Forrette, employee ' s attorney, the sum
0£ _$787 .50 as and �or a11 fees £or legal services pexformed by said
attorney in this mat�Cer;
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the employer, City of St. Paul, shall pay
directly to Dr . Meyer Z. Goldner the sum of $160.00 for professional �
services rendered said employee, and the sum of $126.00 -�o the Zndustrial
Commission of the State of Minnesota for the benefit of the Special � �
Compensation Fund representing payment vn 10 per cent permanent partial
� disability o£� the back prior to Jul.y 1, 1962, computed at 6%, and '
10 per cent permanent partial disability to the back suf£ered after ,
July 1, 1962, computed at 2a, and when above sums have been paid, the
liability of the employer shall be terminated. '

RESOLVED� that pursuant to the Order of the Industrial Commission
filed October 6, 1965 , that Charles Nyman be paid the sum of $3,150.00
out of the Workmen's Compensation Account of the General Fund for 20
per cent permanent partial disability of the back which he sustained
during the course of his employment with the City of St . Paul, Department
of Public Safety� together with $58�.00 as reimbursement for chirti,-
practic services incurred and paid by said employee; that out of the
aforesaid compensation, the employer, City of St. Paul, shall deduct
and pay directly to Gerald B. Forrette, employee's attorney, the sum
of $787„50 as and for all fees for legal services performed b� s�id
attorney in this matter;
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the employer, City of St. Paul, shall pay
