- RESOLVED, That the Commiseioner of Publia Worke be and is hereby ordered and direated:
1. To inveatigate the neceesity for, or deairability of, the making of eaid improvement. '
2. To investigate the nature, extent and eatimated cost of said improvement� and the total coat thereof.
3. To furnish s plan, profile or eketch of said improvement.
4. To state whether or not esid improvement is asked for on the petition of three or more owners.
b. To report upon all of the foregoing mattere to the Commieaioner of�Ynance. �,
