WHEREAS, The Corrunissioner of Highways ba,s .p�epare� plans, special provisions
and specifications for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 390 re-
numbered as Trunk Highway 35E within the corporate limits of the City of St. Paul
from St. Anthony Avenue to Carroll Avenue frontage road in St. Paul; and
WHEREAS, said plans are on file in the office of the Department of Hight�ays,
St. Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled and identified as S.P. 6280-119 (35E=390); '
and
' WI�REAS, Said special provisions are on file in the office of the Department of
Highways St. Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled and identified as S.P. 6280-119
(�'��390j� Minnesota Project I-35E-I� (71�) 113, which, together t�ith the �innesota
, Highway Department of Highway Specifications for Highway Construction, dated Jan-
uary l, 196l�, on file in the office of the Commissioner of Hightaays, constitute the
specifications for�,said improvement of Trunk Highway 390 renumbered as Trunk Iii.gh-
