WHEREAS said preliminary plans are on file in the office of the De-
� partment of Highways, Saint Paul , Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and
identified as Layout No. 6D, S.P. 6246-01 (212 = 108) from Jct. T.FI. 35E - �

identified as Layaut No. 6D, S.P. 6246-01 (212 = 108) from Jct. T.H. 35E
(Mississippi Street) to Payne Avenue; and
WHEREAS copies of said preliminary plans as so marked, labeled, and
identified are also on file in the office of the Department of Pubtic Works;
and
WHEREAS the term "said preliminary plans" as herainafter used in the
body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to,
