Dear Sergeant Grahek,

Thank you for your participation in the Technology Transfer Program. The program is
sponsored and funded by the Office of National Drug Control Policy,
Counterdrug Technology Assessment Center (ONDCP / CTAC). My organization, the
United States Army, Electronic Proving Ground (EPG), administers the program on
behalf of ONDCP / CTAC.
We are pleased to provide a ThermoVision SCOUT to your organization. The
ThermoVision SCOUT provides night vision capabilities via heat identification. Your
shipment contains one (1) ThermoVision SCOUT and supporting documentation. In
addition, included is a DD1149 Form, which permanently transfers the equipment to
your agency. Please sign and return in the prepaid envelope by March 10, 2006.
An important part of our program is the evaluation process. This process consists of
two (2) evaluations forms: Initial and Final. These forms will be sent to your agency at
specific times from today's date.
We appreciate and welcome your feedback, positive or negative, as your comments
assist us in measuring the effectiveness of the program and the equipment. Send to:
