WHEREAS, said 7immy Lee/�ford Poo] project is a multi-year project and is expected to take three (3) years to complete; and
WHEREAS, in order to be able to let contracts necessary for completion of this multi-yeaz project Pazks and Recreation is
requesting authorization to use succeeding years Jimmy Lee/Oxford Pool Remodel, Addition, and Sitework capital improvement
budgets; and
WHEREAS, Section 57.10 of the City Administrative Code allows for succeeding years' capital improvement budgets to be
authorized for use on projects that will take more than one (I) yeaz to complete; and so
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor, that Parks and
Recreation is authorized to use succeeding yeazs' Jimmy Lee70xford Pool Remodel, Addition, and Sitework capital
improvement budgets, as outlined in the 2006 adopted Capital Improvement Budget, in order to let contracts necessary to
complete said Jimmy Lee/Oxford project beginning in 2006, and expected to be completed in 2008.
