VVHEREAS, Comptroller� s Contract L-6722, for the construction
of the TROUT BROOK SEVPER EXTENSION N0. 2, Hurley Construction
, Company, contractor, has been completed, and
VPHEREAS, said Contractor request� that a portion of the 15�
retained under the contract from estimates for work done be
paid in advance �of the final settlement of the contract, and
' WHEREAS, the Commissioner and Chief Engineer of the Department
� of Public �Porks approve the payment at this time of � 8,000.00
of the � 9,375.00 retained, therefore, be it •
RESOLVED, that the proper city officers be and they are hereby
authorized to pay an. estim�te in tY?e amount of � 8,000.00
from the retained percentage of � 9,375.00, to �fiaid contrac tor,
