This is in the matter of the application of C. G. Rein to install and
� operate a 96 car off-street parking lot in conjunction raith a proposed �
� apartment development to be constructed on property located at the .
; northeast corner of Magnolia Avenue and Barclay Street which is des-
' cribed as Block 8, Maryland Heights and vacated Jessamine Street
; - extending between the east and west lines of Block 8. The property is
' zoned "C" residence .and has been since December 24, 1960 when it was rezoned
} � to "C" residence as part Qf a�larger tract.

3 - The Board of Zoning considered this matter at its regular meeting on
� � August 5, 1965. The staff reported that the proposed parking facility
� plans met all of the standards for this type of facility and had been
j reviewed and approved by the Traffic Engineer. The proposal meets the
. • required standards for density and building ground coverage.
{ In consideration of these factors, the Board of Zoning recommends the
i granting of the permit for a 96 car off-street parking lot on the
'� above described property in accordance with the applicant's plan
� dated received August 2, 1965. -
