WI�REAS, the World Series Baseball Games will be played
hereabouts, and �
WHEREAS, it is our duty to do everything that we can to provide
the greatest hospitality to our visiting friends, and
WHEREAS, we are directing all others involved, including the
United Nations, to cooperate; now therefore .
BE I� RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of St. Paul, with
the full force and effect of its legal power, order the weather
, forthwith to improve, and
