RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the plans and
specifications for sanitary sewer extensions in Eldridge Avenue from Kenwood
Drive to about 380 feet west of Greenbrier Street; in Belmont Land from
Kenwood Drive to the cul-de-sac west of Greenbrier Street; in Burke Av`enue
from Kenwood Drive to the cul-de-sac west of Kenwood Drive; also in Greenbrier
Street from Belmont Lane to the cul-de-sac north of Eldrid�e Avenue; also in
a.n Easement Block 12 Maplecrest Addition for the Village of Maplewood,
Minnesota, authorized by a.nd sub�ect to the provisions, terms and conditions
of the City of Saint Paul Ordinance No. 11061, approved Ju1y 26, 1957, for
the connection of the public sewer system of the Vi11a�e of Maplewood with
that of the City of Saint Pa,u1� prepared by Howard A. Kuusisto Consulting
� Engineers of said Village and approved by the Village Oouncil of Maplewood,
a,nd heretofore sulamitted to and approved by the Cammissioner of Public Works
and the Chief Engineer� hereby are in all things approved. �
