RESOLVED, That the General Tire Service, John and E. 7th. Streets,
� St. Paul, Minnesota, owaer of the subject premises, is hereby granted a .
perm�t, pursuant to their application therefore, to construct an enlarged
driveway on 8th. Street not to exceed 26 ft, in width and also to construct
an enlarged�driveway on��ay�tt� Street not to exceed 26 ft. in width, in
,
compliance with the plan as approved by the City Architect, the Planning
Board and the Traffic Engineer, and to thereafter maintain and operate the
same as so constructed, subject to said permittee's compliance with all appli-
cable State statutes, City ordinances and rules and regulations of public
authorities having congnizance.
