RESOLVED, that the sixteen unit apartment on Lots 2
and 3, Metcalf and Wilder's Subdivision of Lota 2�F & 25 of
Blook 68 of Dayton & Irvine 's Addition to Saint Paul in Ramsey
County, according to �he plat thereof recorded in the office of
the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, M�.nnesota, also
described as 227-229-231.-233 Rarnsey Street, in Saint Paul, is
by reason of its strizctural condition, unsafe and dangerous to
life, limb and ad�oinin� property; that said structure is in-
capable of reasonable repair, replacement or remodeling so as
to make the same reaaonably safe, and should be wrecked and
removed from said land; and it is ordered that said structeare
be forthwith wrecked and removed from said land by and at the
separate co�� and expense of the owner, occupant, or other
person in control thereof.
