There is a single family dwelling,1a garage and a retaining
wall at 1502 Edgerton Street, Saint Paul, on Lot 7, Block 5,
Harrison & Handy's Addition to City of Saint Paul.
; '
The dwelling is two stories, frame., 24 by 42, in generally
poor condition, fire damaged, and in danger of collapse as
part of the foundation wall has been removed. The chimney
is illegal, standing on brackets. , T'he retaining wall is of
concre e blocks and is falling apart. The 12 by 18 garage is
in poor structural condition.

It has been determined that these structures are unsafe and
dangerous� to life� limb and adjoining property and should be
repaired or wrecked and remoyed. {

Danger Notices have been posted. The last known record owner
was,Ralph E. Anderson, 1502 Edgerson Street, Saint Paul 1,
Minnesota. � �
Please set a hearing date in accordance with Section 1.07-2
of the Saint Paul Legislative Code; which section outlines
condemnation p�ocedure. 1
