The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of I+�nance�
- upon the above improvement, and having considered said r�port, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and� the same is hereby approved and adopted, a,nd the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. � ,
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is � .
to condemm and take a.n easement in the land neceseary for the slopes, cuts a.nd fills, _ .
including right of removal of lateral support from sub�ect land or remainder thereof, �
occasioned by excavations thereof or construction of slopes in the grading and surfacrhn.g
with bitu�nous material BREWSTER STRE�,�T from Raleigh Street east to the cul-de-sac� �
in accordance with the blueprint hereto attached and made a part hereof, the hatched �
portions showing the cuts and the shaded portions ahowing the fills.

said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by th� (�harter, atating the time and place af
heaxing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estima,ted. -
