WHEREASt,a The Kellogg and Robert Street CorR. have surrendered Licenses No. 2168 for
expiring ecember 1, 1965
Parking Lot (25 cars+),/and No. 4219 for Foodstuff:jending Machine Location
and No. 2278 for Cigarette, both expiring December 12, 1965, all issued to
them at 316 Robert Street, and
WHEREAS: They have been forced to discontinue said business at this location because
the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of St. Paul has taken
over the property for the new Federal Courts Building, and
WHEREAS; They have requested a refund of the fees posted for said. licenses, covering
the unused portion of said licenses; therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That the proper city officers be and they are hereby authorized to refund
the Kellogg and Robert Street Corp.!the pro -rated fees of$32.50, deducting
$45.50 from the original fees of $ 78.00 posted for the period said li cense
were used and to cancel said licenses issued to them$
