AMENDMENT to Council Resolution No. 196750, adopted and
approved by the Council on April 19, 1960.
RESOLVED, That Miss Gertrude Reinicke, 355 North Cleveland
Avenue, be permitted to construct an oversize open board fence
along the rear of her property, said fence not to be more than five
feet above the adjoining property up to the front building line of
the adjoining building, and of a height not more than three feet
six inches above the adjoining property from front building line to
front property line, said fence to be constructedlunder the direction
and to the satisfaction of the Commissioner of Parks and Recreation
and Public Buildings.
