W.HEFYASI, pursuant to Council File A223688., bids were taken-for the sale of
property belonging to the Department of Public Works, described as follows,
to writ:
Lots 6, 7, 81 9.,-101 11 and 12, Pease Bros' Re- arrangement of
Block One Hersey Woolsey Add. to the City of St. Paul, except
the south 90 feet thereof and subject to an easement to the
Northern States Power Company over the northerly 45 feet thereof
and
WAS, the Committee -on Lands recommends the sale of the above - described
property to ROBERTS CONSTRUCTION, INC., the highest bidder for nine thousand
and twenty -five dollars; therefore -,be it

RMOLVED, that the Council hereby approves said recommendation and directs
the proper City officers to convey said property to said purchaser by proper
deed of conveyance upon the following terms:; Nine hundred and two dollars
and fifty cents paid dawn upon acceptance of the -Land Committee, and the
balance of Eight thousand one hundred and twenty -two dollars and fifty cents to be
paid on transmission of title to the purchaser; be it
FUKI'FIER RESOLVED, that the proceeds of said sale be credited to Department of
Public Works Fund 7200 ST -10 ;
