Whereas,-Additions and,Deductions which might prove to be necessary in the
Improvement described as the Grading and Paving of MONTREAL AVENUE from W. Seventh
Street to the I.S. 35E Connection and Paving ELWAY STREET. from Montreal to Shepard
Road and Paving SHEPARD ROAD from I.S. 35E Connection to 233 feet west of Elway
Street, Comptroller's Contract L- 6695 -3, Barton Contracting Company, Contractor,
have been provided for in the Specifications, and -
Whereas, It has been found necessary to make the following Addition:

Furnish and Install special structure under 20" gas main in Elway Street
and Montreal Avenue as per Drawing No.',3272 and a #2241 manhole on the
north side of the main
Lump sum addition $1,100.00 ✓
DEDUCTION:
18 lin. ft. of 18" R.C. pipe (Class IV) $3.66
Net Addition
and

$1,034.12 ✓

Whereas, The total addition is $1,034.12 and the Commissioner of Public Works
has agreed with the Contractor that the amount of $1,034.12 is the correct sum to
be added to said contract, therefore be it
Resolved, That the City of St. Paul through its City Council approves the
foregoing addition made in accordance with the Specifications in the sum of
$1,034.12, said amount to be added to the lump sum consideration named in the
contract, known as Comptroller's L- 6695 -3, and which amount is to be billed to
Northern States _Power CQmpaw.
