the General Fund weekly compensation of $45.00 be paid Vern Strain while
he is temporarily totally disabled by reason of injuries he received on
October 14, 1965, while employed by the Department of Public Works, and
that'-$135.00 in partial settlement, to and including November 4, 19650
is now payable.
