be granted on December 14, 1965, at 9:00 A.M. in order to allow the
44th Annual Election of the Saint Paul School Police Chiefs, and that
the cost of opening and operating said"hall on said date be set up
in Auditorium Fund 2400. •

Mr. Russell Hanson, manager of the Auditorium,
has informed us that he has reserved Stem Hall in the Auditorium
•for the 44th Arinual Election of the St. Paul School Police Chiefs
to be held on December 14, 1965 at 9:00 A.M,

It has been suggested by Mr. Hanson that we
request you to make arrangements for free use of the Auditorium with
the Council and we will then be able to proceed with the necessary
details immediately upon receipt of the authori�ion.
