In the matter of the assessment of �efits, costs and expenses for improving MINNEHAEA AVEN[TE
from Como Avenue to Dale Street by regrad3ng, paving and curbing the roadbed and street�
alley and driveWay returns; by reconstructing existing paving, curbing, sidewalks and
tra,ffic control systems where necessary; by constructing storm water drainage facilities;
by constructing sewer, water and gas service connections where necessary; and by doing
a]1 other work which is necessary a,nd incidental to complete said improvement; also
constructing sidewalks on the south aide of Minnehaha Avenue from D�le St. to Como
Avenue a.nd on the north side from Arundel St. to Como Avenue and construct new sidewalks
on the north side ofl Minnehaha Avenue from D�e,1e Street east to Arundel Street.

the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Fina.nce

hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount assessed against the lot or lots of the paxticular
� owner to whom the notice ia directed.
