RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held by and before the
Council of the City of 5aint Paul, in the Council Chambers of the
Court House and City Hall, in said City, as provided in Section 1:07
- paragraph 2, St. Paul Legislative Code at ten o'clock A.M. on December 2,
1965, upon the advisability and necessity of the repair, replacement,
remodeli.ng, or wrecking and removal of the single-family dwelling on:

We have been receiving complaints relative to the condition
of the single family dwelling located at 776 Concordia Avenue
(Rondo) which is also describecl as
Except Avenue and Except South 42.8 feet and With Ease-
ments; the West 23.5 feet of -Lot 9, Block 7. Edwin
Dean' s Second i4ddition.
� This is a two story frame dwelling, 20 by 36, vacant, open,
� dilapidated and unsafe to life, limb and ad�oining property.
' It should be repaired or wrecked and removed. .

� The last known record owners are James W. and Mildred A. Ryan,
246 �elby Avenue, Saint Paul, Minnesota 55102 and the Contract
Purchaser is Wilburt�•Burks, 778 Rondo Avenue, Saint Paul,
Minnesota, 55104. A�Danger Notice has been posted.
Kindly institute condemnation action by setting a public ,f
hearing in accqrdance with Section 1.07 � 2 of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code, which section outlines procedure with ref-
erence to condemnation of dangerous structures.
