Gentlemen:
An inspection was made of the single family dwelling at 1345
Rice Street, also known as
Except North one foot; Lot 20 and all Lots 18 and 19,
Block 13,[Hager' s Subdivision of Wallcott' s Addition
to Cottage Homes.� �
This is a single family dwelling, frame, 16 by 38 by 22.
It is open" and vacant, windows have been broken out. There
are holes in the plaster and the joists are rotted. Elec-
trical fixtures have been removed. Plumbing fixtures are
missing. �FToor are poor, some siding is missing. The roof
is in bad condition. Several fires have been set. The
building is dilapidated and unsafe and danger.ous to life,
limb, arid adjoining property and should be repaired or wreck-
ed and removed. '
A Danger Notice has been posted. The last known record owner
is Michael C. Miller, 627 Twelfth Street, Newport, Minnesota.
Kindly institute condemnation action by setting a public
hearing date in accordance with Section 1.07-2 of the Saint
" Paul Legislative Code, which governs condemnation of Danger-
ous Structures.
