dilapidated structure at 132 Granite Street, Saint Paul 17,
d�ecribed as �
West one-half of Lot 4, Block 4, Edmund Rice's Second
Addition to City of � Paul. '

This is 'a one story single family dwelling, 30 by 20 by 16,
vacant, open, and vandalized. Sills are rotted, the roof
sags , shingles are poor, windows are broken out. Holes are
present in the plaster. The building is dangerous to life,
limb and adjoining property and should be repaired or wreck-
ed and removed from the premises.
The last known record owner is Jujius F. Kuether,� c�o Herbert
Kuether, Route 1, Faribault, Minnesota. Contract Purchaser
is Frank �J. Medema, 319 Forest Street, Saint Paul 6, Minnesota.
Danger Notices have been posted.
Kindly set a hearing date in accordance with Section 1.-07-�
of the Saint Paul Legislative Code governing co.ndemnation •
of Dangerous Structures.
