RESOLVED, That the proper City officers are hereby
authorized and directed to accept from the Trustees of the
German Evangelical Lutheran St.lJohn Congregation U:naltered
Augsburg Confession Church in the City of �t. Paul, County
of Ramsey and State of Minnesota, a deed for the purpose of
the grantors conneying and warranting of the hereinbefore
described tract of •land unto the grantee for public alley
purposes, the. following described ,tract of land:
The West 20' of Lot 27, Block 2, Schurmeier
� and E�rans Addition to St. Faiil, according
to the plat thereof on file and of record in
the office of the Register of Deeds in and
for said County.
