and hereby awards contract to A.' KAMISH COMPANY for wrecking, etc, at 487 and 491 lglehart
Avenue in accordance with City specifications therefor hereto attached and the Informal Bid
Nos 8770 and 8771 at a total contract price of` �$99Q00, such bid being the only bid and said

bidder being a reasonable and reliable one and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed
to dtnw up fihe proper form of contract therefor and the proper City officials hereby are authorized fio
execute said confiract on behalf of fihe City of St. Paulj pursuant fio Section 291 of the Charter of
the Cifiy of Sfi. Paul, as an emergency exists where failure to act promptly will work hardship to the
best interesfis of the City of St. Paul.
