R. STAATS INC., AND ASSOC7'AgES was found to be the most advantageous, therefore be it RESOLVED, that the joint bid of Halsey, Stuart& Co., Inc., Morgan Guaranty �rust Company of New York, Glore Forgan, Wm. R.
