This adjustment is due w a recent ctassificaTion and compensation stndy by the City and wIIi help maintain the City's compliance with the Minnesota Pay Equity Act. The City and Union agree that the grade for the Administrative/Legislative .4ssisiar+t PED classification wi]I be increased from i4 to i'7 effective with the si�ning ofthis MOA.
