ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
WHEREAS, The Saint Paul Arts Partnership requests $2,SQ0 from the City of Saint Paul in order to
perform a six-month pilot marketing campaign in collaboration with the key arts providers in the
downtown area. The total budget for this project is $10,000.
WHEREAS, The campaign will raise the awazeness of the arts among the residents, visitors and
workforce of downtown Saint Paul and will promote attendance and participation in downtown arts
events.
WHEI2EAS, The Saint Paul Arts ParCnership works with arts organizations, businesses, and government
and community Ieaders to create new opportunities for the arts in downtown Saint Pau1 and develop
shazed resources for local arts organizations. Our mission is rooted in the belief that the arts contribute
to economic development and strengthen our community.
THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED, that the proper City officials aze authorized to pay no more than
$2,500 to the Saint Paul Arts Partnership for the marketing campaign.
