The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of F�nance
� upon th'e abone impravement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the sa,me is hereby approved and adopted, aud the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. - ,
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is
to condemn and ta.ke an easement in the land necessary for the slopes, cuts a.nd fi11s,
iuclud3ng right of remosal of la.teral support from sub�ect ]and or remainder thereof,
occasioned by exca.vations thereof or construction of slopes in the grading and sur-
facing with bit�inous material BIl�NIINGHAM STREET from E. Third 8treet to Fremont -
Avenue, in accordance with the blueprint hereto atta,ched a.nd made a part hereof, the
hatched portions showin.g the cuts and the ahaded portiona showing the fills.
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ �5•�
� Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the � 20th day of
Ju]tiv, 1965 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber af the Court
, House and City Hall Building in the Gity of St, Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place af
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the tota,l cost thereof as estimated.
