This Department has found it advisable to request condemnation
of the one story frame, single family dwelling at 1001 Juno .
Avenue, Saint Paul, Minnesota 55102, al'so described as
� -
Lot 13, Block 1 , Buckhg�t Rearrangement of Moore' s Addi-
tion to the City of ��- Paul ;
, .
This dwelling is 50 by 16 by 20, vacant� and abandoned, posted
by the Health Department as unfit for habitation. Portions
of the roof have �aved in, there is no water, sewer, electri-
city, plumbing in the building. Floor �joists are rotted, the
building leans out of plumb, the roof l�eaks, plaster is
loose and falling, walls are covered with cardboards. This
dwelling is dangerous to life, limb and, adjoining property
and should be rep�aired or wrecked and r,emoved.

Danger Notices have been posted. The last known record owner
is Matt Lutovsky. Former occupant was ;Mrs. Bessie ,(Lutovsky)
