on the rear of the lot at 1001 Burr� Street, Saint Paul
55101, also described as 1

Lot 3, Block 12, Fairview Addition to Saint Paul.

This building was fire damaged in the summer of 1964 and
has been left in this fire damaged condition. Structural
members are rotted and the building is an eyesore and dan-
gerous to life, limb and adjoining property and should be
' substantially�� repaired or wrecked �and removed.

Danger Notices have been posted and the last known record
owner is Linnea E. Franzen, 1001 Burr Street, Saint Paul,

Minnesota, 55101. =

Will you please set a hearing date �in accordazce with Sec-
