Theundereignedhereby proposesthemalcingofthefollowing�ubliaimnrovement_by_the Cit9 of8sint�aul�,►is�
�Condemning and taking a permanent easement 30 feet in width for the
purpose of constructing and maintaining a pu�lic sewer on, under, across
and through� Block 6, Merriam Park Addition, the centerline of said ease-
ment being described as follows: ,
Commencing at a point on the westerly line of Merriam Lane, said
point being 149.80 feet northerly of the south line �(produced) of the
east-west alley dividing Block 7, Merriam's Rearrangement of Merriam
Park, said 149.80 feet being measured along �the westerly line of Merriam
Lane; thence proceeding in a westerly directfion to the intersection of
the centerline of Wilder Street with the centerline of Saint Anthony Avenue.
WHEREAS, A written proposal for the maldng of the following improvement, viz.: •
