Gentlemen:
A one and one half story frame two=family dwelling at 140
East Robie Street, described as West 43 feet of East 139
fee�t of Lot l, Block 90, Town of West Saint Paul, is in
dilapidated condition. }
The building is 36 by 26 by 24 and� is standing open. The
front porch floor, roof and steps "are rotting and falling
apart. The interior plaster has fallen from walls and
ceilings in large areas. Plumbing fixtures -are old and
in faulty condition. Wiring is in very poor condition.
In our opinion, the building is dangerous to l�ife, limb
and adjoining property in its present condition. It should
be substantially repaired to comply with the building code
or wrecked and remo�ed. �

Danger Notices have been posted and the last known record
owner is Theodore H. Beckermann, c/o 1123 Grand Avenue,
Saint Paul, Minnesota, now deceased.
Please institute condemnation action in accordance with
Section 1.07-2 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code.
