The Council of the City of St. Paul having receivecl the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered sa,id report, hereby resolves:
_1. That the said report and� the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
- 2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk on both sides of Nugent St, from St. Clair Ave. to the
Milwaukee Road R/W and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to
complete safd'improvement, except where good and sufficient sidewalks now exist.

said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by th� Charter, stating the time and place af
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total coat thereof as estimated.
